Refund Policy of 1-1 Tutoring Services
1. Tuition fee once paid cannot be refunded in any circumstances, though it can be adjusted in next billing cycle, if some classes got cancelled.
2. The lectures cancelled or not attended by Students by any reasons even with prior notice, will be counted as paid nulled lectures, as the reserved time slot is being wasted.
3. The lectures cancelled by the Teacher will be refunded in form of adjustments of its fee in the next billing cycle.
4. The cancelled classes are not guaranteed to be reschedued, though the teacher and student can try their best if any slots are free for rescheduling.
5. If the student takes a leave or break for few days from the tuition, to keep reserve their slots, they need to keep paying the tuition fee as per reserved slots.
6. If students want to take a very long leave or break from the tuition (for more than 1 month) then in that case , he/she needs to give a 15 days notice before the next billing date, so that bill can be stopped or generated as per requested date only. And the reserved slots can be removed after from the leave date.
Refund Policy of Books Purchase
1. Books ordered, if not shipped, refund request can be accepted
2. Books ordered, Once shipped cannot be refunded.
